Culture Trip's Songkran Festival

Songkran, Thailand's infamous water festival, is a mix of energy, joy, and cultural tradition. We were tasked with capturing the essence of this vibrant celebration, involving locals and travelers alike in a massive water fight that celebrates the Thai New Year with splashes, smiles, and traditions. Filming this exhilarating event required creativity and agility. With waterproof gear and a keen sense of storytelling, we made our way through Bangkok's bustling streets, from the lively chaos of Khao San Road to the cultural ceremonies at local temples. Each frame was crafted to bring viewers closer to the festival, displaying the laughter, excitement, and deeply-rooted traditions that make Songkran so unique.
